The data a worker uses, what it never touches, and how to check.

A digital worker sees the case it is working on and the rules that case runs under. That is the whole scope.
What it uses
- The case's own fields, timeline, correspondence and documents
- The case type's rules, stages and deadlines
- Templates and guidance you have attached to the workflow
- Its own prior actions on this case
What it does not use
- Cases outside the one it is working on, including similar ones
- Cases belonging to teams the requesting user cannot see
- Anything in a connected system beyond what the connector has explicitly been given
The second point is the one worth internalising: a worker cannot surface something a person could not have seen themselves. A worker acting on behalf of an Officer inherits that Officer's visibility.
Checking
Every worker action on the timeline carries a Sources panel listing exactly what it drew on. Open any suggestion and check. If a suggestion cites a document, it is a document on that case.
Training
Your case data is not used to train foundation models. Continuous learning — the mechanism that improves suggestions from your team's edits — operates within your workspace and does not cross to other customers.
