Searching and filtering cases

Find the case you need, and save the view so you do not have to build it again.

On this page

The Cases list opens on yours. Everything else is a filter away.

The box at the top of the Cases list searches references, names and the text of case fields. It does not search inside document contents — for that, open the case and use the timeline filter.

Filters

Stack them. Stage, owner, team, case type, date opened, deadline status. The count updates as you go, which is the fastest way to sanity-check a filter that looks right but is not.

Deadline status is the one worth learning: Approaching (within two working days), Due today, Overdue. A supervisor's morning is usually those three filters in order.

Saved views

Build a filter, choose Save view, name it. It appears in the sidebar.

Views are personal by default. A Supervisor can share one with their team, which is how you get everybody looking at the same queue instead of six slightly different ones.

Exporting

Any filtered list exports to CSV, respecting the filters exactly as shown. The export contains the case fields, not the timeline.
