Where everything lives
A quick map of the workspace, so you can stop hunting for the screen you need.
On this page
Six places, and most days you will use two of them.
Cases
Every piece of work is a case. The list defaults to yours; the filters along the top switch to your team's, your organisation's, or a saved view you have built.
A case opens on its timeline — everything that has happened, in order, with who or what did it. Documents, correspondence and decisions all hang off that timeline rather than living in separate tabs, because the question people actually ask is "what happened to this case", not "show me the documents".
Workflows
Your processes, written down in a form the platform runs. A workflow belongs to a case type and defines the stages, the deadlines and what has to be true before a case can move on.
Most people never open this screen. It is where the rules are set, not where the work is done.
Digital workers
The agents, and what each is allowed to do alone. See Choosing an autonomy level.
Signals
Things the platform is watching for — an inbound email, a deadline approaching, a document arriving, a change in a connected system. Signals trigger workflow steps.
Reports
Volumes, cycle times, outcomes, and the agreement data you need before widening autonomy.
Settings
People, roles, teams, case types, integrations, billing, and the audit log.
